Parent Involvement

Please note that a current Working With Children Check is required by any volunteer within our school. All volunteers are required to sign in at the office before commencing each day.

Parents can be involved in the day to day running of the school in numerous ways…

Classroom Support

Parents are invited to help with literacy and/or numeracy sessions. Or perhaps you have a special interest or talent you would like to share. Contact your class teacher for details.

Fundraising

The fundraising committee meets each month.

• Easter Raffle
• Chestnut Festival stalls
• Mother’s day Stall
• Chestnut Festival (First Sunday in May)

Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop is operated by parent volunteers. They assist with sales and orders of the school uniform.

Working Bees

We rely heavily on community help to maintain our extensive garden and grounds. Working Bees are held regularly throughout the year.
